Actions Taken. Expanded integration plan. Identified employee and customer concerns. Expedited timely closure of ssues and resolution of interdependencies. Identified synergy opportunities. Kept consistent focus by communicating with all functions and resolving inconsistencies.
Results. Had great opening day! Employees of target company felt welcome. Were up front with issues. Many concerns addressed on opening day. Established broad communications channels. Merger had good start with many issues resolved on opening day and with synergy potentials identified.
